Italiano Sour

Ingredients

30ml Campari
30ml fresh grapefruit juice
20ml lemon juice
2 passionfruit
2 tsp sugar
1 small egg, white only

Method

Half fill a shaker with ice
Put ingredients into shaker
Shake hard and well.
Strain into a glass
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or a rose petal
