Grilled Cinnamon Chicken

1 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
4 chicken breast fillets
1 bunch spinach
2 lemons, sliced into wedges.


Place all ingredients except lemons and spinach into a bowl to make a marinade.
Whisk to combine. 
Drop the chick into the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Remove from fridge and season.
Char-grill on medium high for 4-5 minutes on each side (or till cooked through).
Stir fry the spinach.
Slice the chicken into 3-4 pieces and place onto a plate with the spinach and lemon wedges.

Serves 4.
